J&Y Property Investment LLC, founded by Nan Jiang and Henry Yuan in 2022, aims to enter the real estate development market in New York City. Together, Jiang and Yuan aim to start a vertically integrated (contractor & developer working closely together) real estate development company. The goal is to build sustainable buildings, which targets low to medium income families
Meet The Team
Our Story
George Jiang holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New York University and is a NYU MBA Candidate. With over 7 years of experience in landmark restoration, building energy efficiency upgrades, and ground-up residential condo development, he serves as the Director of Engineering & Development. Not only does he bring all his previous engineering experience to the company, but George also leverages resources from his MBA school to further advance the financing side of the business throughout the development cycle.

Henry Yuan, an entrepreneur and real estate development investor for over 10 years, has worked on real estate projects in both New York, USA, and Vancouver, Canada. As the Director of Operations, he oversees construction alongside Nan and directs the marketing and sale of all properties. Henry is also a registered real estate agent in New York City.
